COB Speed Networking Next Event in Spring 2027
Hosted by the University of Mary Washington College of Business in collaboration with Virginia’s Innovation Crossroads (VIC) this networking event connects employers with UMW students across all majors.
Why Should You Attend? Students participate in rotating networking sessions, giving them the chance to introduce themselves, learn about different organizations and career paths, and practice professional networking skills. Bring your resume and elevator pitch! Following the speed networking sessions, there will be an open networking session with light refreshments, allowing you additional time to continue conversations and make connections with employers.
Register! Whether you are currently looking for an internship or job, exploring career options, or simply want to become more comfortable speaking with professionals, we encourage you to attend. All students are welcome, and there is no cost to participate.
Stay on the lookout for the event registration in Handshake. Questions? Email cob@umw.edu or call (540) 654-1920.
