Business Hall of Fame
A person inducted into the Business Hall of Fame is a Mary Washington alumnus/a who has made exceptional contributions to his/her profession and is recognized as a leader in his/her field. The person has been actively involved with the College of Business and also is engaged in his/her community. Our students see this person as at the pinnacle of his/her career and would want to emulate his/her success.
Distinguished Business Alumnus Award
The Distinguished Alumnus Award is presented to an alumnus/a who has made significant achievements and contributions to his/her profession and/or community and is recognized for leadership in his/her field. The contributions do not need to be publicly renowned but should represent important creative effort or accomplishment with societal or educational value. The achievements of the awardees should be inspirational to the University of Mary Washington students and bring honor and a source of pride to the University.
Outstanding Business Young Alumnus Award
The Outstanding Business Young Alumnus Award recognizes an alumnus/a who graduated within the past 15 years. The award is presented to young alumni who have distinguished themselves beyond others by providing either outstanding service to the Mary Washington College of Business or have made an outstanding contribution to their profession or community.
