Embracing the versatility that has become necessary during the Corona virus pandemic, the College of Business decided to celebrate its students with a virtual Honors Night on Thursday, April 16.  Over 40 individuals joined Dean Lynne Richardson, COB faculty and staff, and students via Zoom to celebrate the accomplishments of students who were awarded for their achievements in their major, as well as those students inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the AACSB honor society.

The following students were recognized for their achievements within their major:

Dennis Ferry was also awarded the Rappahannock Rotary’s Ethical Student of the Year award.  This award is given to students who are selected by their school’s faculty and administration for their demonstration of ethical standards that are in line with Rotary’s Four Way Test.

While the faculty and staff of the College of Business are looking forward to interacting with their students in person in the future, they are glad that they were able to come together for a virtual celebration of the students’ accomplishments.
