Xiaofeng Zhao, Assistant Professor of the College of Business, earned a Ph.D. (2007) from the University of Tennessee, a MBA (2002) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a M.Ph. (1990) from Northwestern University and a B.S. (1985) from Xian Jiaotaong University, China. He is an expert on operations and supply chain management, as well as quantitative methods and decision science.

Dr. Zhao’s work has been published in numerous scholarly journals and conference proceedings, including the International Journal of Global Management Studies Professionals, Management Research News and the Decision Science Institute annual meeting proceedings. He recently presented at the Decision Science Institute Annual Meeting and the International Conference of the Association of Global Management Studies.

Dr. Zhao is a member of the Decision Science Institute, the Institute of Operations Research and Management Science and Beta Gamma Sigma, the business honor society.
