To be admitted to the College of Business, first year students must have earned a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better after completing at least 27 college credits.  Additionally, applicants will have completed the following courses for the College of Business and have earned an average GPA of 2.5 in these five courses: ACCT 101, 102 (6 credits), Economics 201, 202 (6 credits) and Statistics (3 credits in STAT 180 or equivalents).

If you meet all of the above requirements, unless otherwise directed, you should complete the major/minor declaration form found on the Forms page of the Registrar’s Office and submit it to the College of Business Advising Office.  Once approved, the form will be submitted to the Office of the Registrar for your designation as a Business Administration major in the College of Business.    A student may declare a business major in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business or Marketing.
